Construction of horseboxes

C.W. Equine Solutions manufacture Horseboxes that are the ideal solution to ensure your horses are transported in style, safety and comfort.  All our Horseboxes incorporates a ground up build and each component is meticulously coach-built to the highest possible standards.

Every horsebox is meticulously inspected to ensure that they comply with the exacting standards required by our customers, and those that have become synonymous with C.W. Equine Solution.

 

Horseboxes can be built in two ways, coach built (built with an entirely new body) or conversions (using an existing vehicle body).  Our coach build bodies are made using aluminium panels or smooth sided GRP. Alternatively, we can convert an already existing body ( which is the most popular choice for our customers).

 All our bodies are finished off with aluminium formed skirts, one-piece aluminium rear skirt and rub rails.

All our horsebox exteriors can be finished off with any of the following (please specify your preferences):

  • Windows & doors (your choice of style)

  • Aluminium formed skirts

  • One-piece rear skirt

  • Aluminium fold down step

  • Access doors in skirts for gas/battery

  • Full length rub rail

  • Stainless Steel wheel trims

  • Flush fitting easy ramp with fully adjustable under floor springs

  • Paintwork and graphics carried out to customers colours and design
